  8. Open Public Hearing for setting the Ad Valorum Tax Rate
  9. Bill No. 2026-28 Adopting the Ad Valorum Tax Rate
  10. Close Public Hearing
  11. Bill No. 2026-29 Authorizing an Agreement for Audit Services for the City.
  12. Bill No. 2026-30 Amending the Contract with Lasky for additional work.
  13. Bill No. 2026-31 Voluntarily Annexing the Cook Property into the City of Flint Hill.
