City of Flint Hill Invites Community to Veterans Memorial Groundbreaking Ceremony

Flint Hill, Missouri — The City of Flint Hill is proud to invite residents, veterans, military families, and members of the community to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the City's new Veterans Memorial on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m.

The ceremony will take place at 2082 Grothe Road, directly across from the Knights of Columbus Hall. Parking will be available at the Knights of Columbus Hall, where complimentary shuttle service will transport guests to and from the memorial site.

The Veterans Memorial is being created as a permanent tribute to the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Designed as a place of honor, reflection, and remembrance, the memorial will provide future generations with a lasting reminder of the sacrifices made in defense of our nation and the freedoms we enjoy today.
